Frequently Asked Questions

What the controlled design-partner pilot supports, how review works, and how access is approved.

Audvera is in a controlled design-partner pilot focused on selected evidence-testing and workpaper-review procedures in Engagements and Controls.
The pilot is for internal audit teams that want to evaluate selected AI-assisted procedures while retaining named preparer and reviewer accountability.
Within an agreed scope, design partners can test selected Engagement procedures and Controls tests, evidence extraction and verification, evidence binding, AI analysis, technique-aware results, citations and coverage, auditor conclusions, and attributed review.
The run record shows the inputs attributed to the analysis and records coverage and citation metadata. It does not prove that AI understood the evidence. Auditors must validate structured results, supporting sources, exceptions, and conclusions.
No. The controlled pilot is limited to agreed evidence-testing and workpaper-review paths. It does not promise complete planning, reporting, report-package generation, or export workflows.
The current pilot supports verified machine-readable CSV and XLSX evidence for selected procedures. Other evidence types depend on the agreed scope and must satisfy the application's evidence eligibility and verification rules.
No. AI can draft and analyze, but named auditors decide whether evidence is sufficient, accept or change results, own conclusions, and perform preparer and reviewer sign-off.
Pilot data is handled within tenant-scoped access controls and role-based permissions. Data handling, access, and pilot boundaries are reviewed with each design partner before access is provisioned.
No. SSO, SCIM, client portals, and multi-client workspaces are not currently available in the controlled pilot.
Access is controlled rather than self-service. Contact Audvera to discuss the procedures you want to evaluate, confirm fit, and agree the pilot scope before access is provisioned.
Published amounts are reference pricing only. Final commercial scope is confirmed with Sales for the controlled pilot; there is no self-service checkout.
Audvera coordinates directly with each design partner on the agreed pilot scope and identified product feedback. Specific support expectations are confirmed as part of that scope.
